తానా ఎలక్షన్స్ లో పాల్గొనే సభ్యులకు కొన్ని ప్రణాళికా సూత్రాలు ను ఆయా కమిటీ వారు తెలియజేయటం జరిగింది ,దానికి గాను మీరు చేయాలిసిందల్లా తానా సభ్యత్వం  పొందిన వారు మంగళవారం, డిసెంబర్ 26వ తేదీ మధ్యాహ్నం నుండి ఇమెయిల్ మరియు US పోస్టల్ మెయిల్ ద్వారా ప్రత్యేకమైన వ్యక్తిగత గుర్తింపు సంఖ్య (PIN)ని పొందుతారు.

పైన పేర్కొన్న ప్రతి ఓటింగ్ TANA సభ్యుడు డెస్క్‌టాప్ కంప్యూటర్, ల్యాప్‌టాప్, మొబైల్ పరికరం లేదా స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్‌ని ఉపయోగించి దిగువ వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను యాక్సెస్ చేయడం ద్వారా ఓటు వేయవచ్చు.

ఓటింగ్ ప్రక్రియ:

1. బ్రౌజర్‌ని తెరిచి, ఈ వెబ్‌సైట్‌కి వెళ్లండి - https://tana.elections.vote

2. ప్రాంప్ట్ చేసినప్పుడు పై పిన్‌ని ఉపయోగించి ఫారమ్‌ను పూరించండి

3. మీ OTPని స్వీకరించడానికి మీ మొబైల్ ఫోన్ నంబర్‌ను నమోదు చేయండి

4. ఇప్పుడే పంపబడిన OTP కోసం అదే మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌ని తనిఖీ చేయండి

5. ఓటింగ్ సిస్టమ్‌లోకి ప్రవేశించడానికి వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో OTPని నమోదు చేయండి

6. ఓటింగ్ కోసం స్క్రీన్‌పై ఉన్న సూచనలను అనుసరించండి

7. మేము US లేదా కెనడా వెలుపల చేయడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తే ఓట్లు చెల్లవు

8. సభ్యులు మీకు నచ్చిన వారికి  ఓటు వేయండి

9. OTP కోసం ఒకే ఫోన్ నంబర్‌ను రెండు సార్లు కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉపయోగించవద్దు.

10. ఒకే IP లేదా Mac ID మెషీన్‌లను 4 కంటే ఎక్కువ సార్లు ఉపయోగించవద్దు.

TANA Online Voting Instructions

Each family member will get a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) via email and US Postal mail from Tuesday, Dec 26th at Noon..

Each voting TANA member mentioned above may vote using a desktop computer, laptop, mobile device, or smartphone by accessing the website below.

Voting Process: 

1. Open a browser and go to this website - https://tana.elections.vote

2. Fill in the form using the PIN above when prompted

3. Enter your mobile phone number for receiving your OTP

4. Check the same mobile phone for the OTP that was just sent

5. Enter the OTP on the website to enter the voting system

6. Follow the on-screen instructions for voting

7. Votes are invalid if we try to do it outside US or Canada 

8. Vote for responsible candidate.

9. Do not use same phone number more than two times for OTP.

10. Do not use same IP or Mac ID machines more than 4 times.
